You will need to make sure you buy the correct procharger also. There are several different ones offered.
If your going for the High 10s/low 11s, I did a truck few years ago with a stock 5.3, JFR 218/222 cam, KB Racing S475/83 turbo kit, 3.42s, stock 4l80 with a Circle D converter (can't remember exactly which one) I told them the info on the truck and what I wanted out of it. They nailed it perfectly.
Brake stall it to 4000 on the 2 step and it would run 11.3s spinnin thru first and hooking up halfway thru 2nd gear. It was a fun truck and it was the guys daily for almost 4 years till he went with a 416ci. He got it in the high 10s eventually with the 5.3 and some adjustable shocks.
I've had better luck with stock 4l80s than the built 6L transmissions in the go fast stuff. The 6L stuff cost way more to build also.

Ive put 300,000+ miles on my S475 with no maintenance to the turbo, just keep a clean air filter on it.
The procharger you have to change the oil in it at certain intervals. Its no big deal just was wondering what you were trying to get at.
If you go with the procharger dont forget to drill and pin the balancer on the crankshaft.

This is a long read but I might have some good information, or it might be all BS but I figured I would share my experience. If you go Procharger get a Stage 2 kit with a stand alone blower belt, Stage 2 intake, intercooler and BOV and either a D1-SC or D1X. I had a D1-SC on a 5.3 with a cam that had the Stage 1 bracket, horizontal intercooler, standard bypass valve, and intake. It was pullied to make 13 psi and would sling the 6 rib serpentine belt off. I took all of it off and sold it because to fix it would have cost alot more than selling it and starting over. The truck had a pretty mild Texas Speed cam in it, Fast LSX RT 102mm intake, 4L80E, 3200 Vigilante converter, 4.11 gears, headers, no cats, and the D1-SC kit I mentioned. My Trailblazer SS with a 416ci LS3 that ran 11.8s consistently NA would out run the truck. If I had kept the Procharger or was building a Procharged setup I would build a forged 370 or L92 with forged rods and pistons with a D1X with a dedicated 8 rib belt pullied to make around 14-16psi with a good intercooler, intake setup, BOV, cam spec for it, CNC 317s on a 370 or CNC LS3 if a L92, 1 7/8" or 2" headers, 3600 or so converter. The 3200 in my RCSB wasn't enough stall and was too tight. DO NOT TRY AND SAVE MONEY ON SUSPENSION OR TIRES AND WHEELS. Spend the money there before you start trying to make power because if you don't you will be able to spin easily at 40-50mph on dry pavement.
