Thanks for the heads up. Now that I see that thread I remember reading some of it before others had issues. Torqstorm it is then.

I recently installed a torqstorm kit on my 86 c30 6.0 swap truck and I love it. I bought an ebay 31x12x3 universal intercooler kit and plumbed it in. I dont have any dyno results yet but I feel with the supplied pulleys on about 7psi it makes about 425-450hp with the small triple 12 cam, speed engineering long tubes, and milled 317 heads. It was super easy to install also and everything was extremely nice finish ( I got the black a $250 option). It really is hard to beat for the money.

Thanks for the feedback. Was it a lq4 or lq9 6.0 you installed?

so with the milled heads on the LQ4, they should be a close comparison with each other.

They are only milled .030 so its still a little less compression but yea it is closer.

Don't know if E85 is an option but it would also help you reach your goal as long as you have enough fuel. It'll be fun either way.

It's not as close as I would like it. Basically its a few towns over at 1 gas station. I've been wanting to do it just need it to be more readily available.
