supercharger coming! what parts need to be upgraded?

my buddy had ordered me two different throttle bodies one is a 92mm Texas Speed & Performance and the other is a Wilson Manifold 90mm throttle body both are drive by cable. I am going to use one or the other i am not sure which one yet i have to see if the 92mm will fit with the supercharger? Does any body know if it will work?

I had some parts missing so that is why it is taking so long! it is 3/4 of the way done with the supercharger. The tranny is next i still have to install the servo and shift kit. Then next will be new gears/locker! ow yeah i had Justin come out and tune it- once again Thanks Justin @ BlackBearPerformance
