Supercharged 6.2l what are your numbers?

You should be at 450-460ish in a 1-1 Gear would be my guess. What does a stock 6.2 dyno at? 300ish? I am not sure, but I would say those numbers dont sound too far off. Remember this is a stock 6.2 with 8psi and headers, thats it. A cam would make a big difference on your setup. Just my .02, a dyno is just a tool. The track will tell you what it is really making.

Your 3.42 gears and heavy 20" wheel/tire combo is hurting your dyno numbers. As for the headers, since you're planning a cam, and I'm sure you'll eventually pulley down too, I'd recommend the 1 7/8" headers.
Not sure where you'll find a lopey cam that will make good power with your TVS, and not loose a fair amount of MPG's. That said, you really can't do any more engine mods without bigger injectors, so that should be your next step IMHO.

While I agree that the 1 7/8" headers would be better... the gain isnt worth the money you would spend right now. At this point you definitely need more injector... but that wont help HP as much as allow for more.
I would most likely get a cut out to allow for more exhaust flow when you are at the track or otherwise, and look into a cam. I'd just do a cutout because the stock muffler sounds great with headers, and keeps it nice and quiet while still being fairly raw at idle... its a combo most of us are after. Between a cam and cranking it up to 10# boost it will feel like a different truck. 500 at the wheels will be easy at that point. The cam will actually make you lose boost, so it would be similar to running 12# or more now, but both the engine and supercharger will be working more efficiently. The engine will breathe easier, and the blower wont be 'working' as hard and therefore making less heat.
As others have said as well, hit the track. The dyno is really nothing more than a tuning tool.

I would be happy with the numbers considering your mostly stock besides the S/C and headers and seeing this has me curious what a cammed N/A 6.2l will put down to the rears. I saw 422hp/412tq somewhere. What type of dyno was this run on mustang or dynojet?
Regardless as everyone else has said, track is the true judge and if your running that 12.79 AK posted you should be happy. Keep in mind you are driving a 5600-5700lb truck that's as fast as a sports car weighting 2000lbs less.
All said and done, get the injectors, get closer to the limit of the flex pump, swap that drive shaft (although you have the safest stock 1 piece setup for a CC with the 6l80 and 3.42s), pulley down and see where your at. Then decide on the cam and maybe a stall after a while. On your 1 3/4" headers don't feel bad, an exhaust guy who makes custom headers told me 1 7/8" were "way too big" for a 6.2L l92 and said even cammed, they would kill my low end power and really would only be of any benefit if I went supercharged, so mixed answer depending who u ask. So as my old man say, "You live and you learn and next time you make more HP"

O I'm happy with what I got. Just thought I'd be in the 500hp range from what I have read. I would think the owner of ARH would know what he's talking about with the headers and said 1 3/4" knowing I had a sc @ 8 psi. I will go for 10psi. After I get some id850s. I'm getting 18mpg to boot.

yes I will go with a Alky meth kit befor I go 10psi. I think its amazing that a 400+hp motor can get 18mpg. Now with the dyno tune today I got 20mpg @70mph on the highway. That was only for 10 miles or so tho.
