But for the record....
My 5.3 STS GT67, mild cam I could brake stall to 3400 and have about 6psi...
Idle hit I could feel the lag....gets to about 10MPH before the tires break loose...really weird feeling to have traction, lose it, and get it back without shifting at all.

Most of the Procharger thing I found was in the tuning. I did quite a few SSS trucks that if you went off idle they were very laggy and couldn't 60' to save their life. With a safe amount, yet considerably more timing than Procharger set them up at they are much better. One of my friends trucks with only a 2600 stall, stock LQ9, and a D1SC was able to get 60' times in the low 1.7's spinning (even being awd) launching off idle. Tuning is also a huge deal with the STS. With more timing in the right area you can make the turbo spool quite a bit quicker and keep the lag down. GM left alot on the table for that with how the timing table is designed. Just like with the Procharger, the STS kit set up right and tuned in right is a street warrior.
hijack over.
