Default STS Exhaust Sound

I've been wondering what the exhaust sounds like with an STS since you cut off the muffler and all. Can anyone describe it or maybe have a sound file?

Quicksilverado did you get a street tune to run those times?
Just wondering because I'll be making a run to the track before it closes for the year and I have similar mods, I will probably be running 9-10psi but I have a 4x4, your truck is a 2wd right?
Right now its about 45-55 degerees her during the day and it feels like I have 30-40 more horsepower than during a 80 degree day!!
I hope I get get times as good as yours.

Street and track tuning with hptuners. My 60 ft times were 2.3x. I could not build any boost with the 4l60e.

Can you build boost now with the stall or was that with the stall?

I seem to do ok building boost if I stall it to about 1200 or so, after that the tires just start spiniing because I have the stock converter. I have yet to test it in 4hi though. I think I'll be able to build more boost in 4hi.

With the 4l80e and the 2800 stall I could build all the boost I want. With the 5.3, 3 to 3 1/2 psi was perfect for street tires. With the new motor, I'll have to play with it to see how much boost it needs to get off the line. I doubt it will take much as to get it going. Definately gonna need some slicks. I have to let the wallet recover from the motor swap before I can think about track tires.
Slow, I normally go to Silver Dollar and on occasion to Montgomery motor park. Once they close for the season I'll go to Steele.
