Not sure about a bagged truck, but there was I guy that used to be on here names Chris99GMC that was lowered 4-6 and had no clearance issues. All the turbo components are higher then the frame on these trucks.

what??? that is great... I called STS a year ago and asked if I could use the kit on my 2/3 lowered Denali AWD. They said it would not work. Then I asked what if I got bags? he said definately no. Well now I got bags, and would like to run the STS... Can you confirm clearance issues with the AWD?

Cool

I have a 1500HD with a 3/5 drop and no problems running the STS. I don't know why you would have any issues as long as you have not changed the clearance between the frame and body. The intake pipe goes over the frame in front of the passenger side spring hanger and runs forward beween the frame and rocker and then turns in behind the front wheel and back up over the frame again and into the engine compartment. It all tucks in above the bottom of the frame. The only problem might be if you have larger wheels and tires because the area behind the front wheel before it goes up and over the frame is a little tight.

The kits are different for the trucks and suv's. On trucks, the turbo goes where the muffler is. On SUV's the turbo goes over the rear axle. It would be easy to get a truck kit and make it fit on an suv.

i've got a 5/8 drop on my truck and just got my turbo mounted up into place. I haven't driven it yet but i dont see any problems. The lowest part of it is the exhaust inlet pipe and that sits just about 1/2 inch higher than the bottom of my fuel tank.

Ya I had a 2/3 drop on my denali and it wouldn't fit.....needless to say i pulled the springs out and got the turbo put in. The turbo mounted with the lowering springs was about a hlaf inch away from the axle, not a good thing.
