With my truck I stand on the brake so it will not move and bring the revs up to the converter stall speed and let the boost build to about 5 or 6 psi and let the brake go and floor the gas. On logs I see a throttle position angle of about 47% to 50% and RPM of 2900 to 3000 rpm. When my boost was lower I would see a stall speed around 2500 rpm but with 10+ psi I see around 3000 rpm brake stall speed. I am sure it takes longer than the lights allow so if you can ignore the lights and build boost to your desired level and go then great. If the lights time out on you then I guess you will have to work within the time they allow.
Good luck and have fun.

Is your exhaust wrapped? Leave your truck running between rounds, don't turn it off and it will stay warm and spool much better. On the street it's already warm, that's why it's easier. Trip the pre-stage light, then start spooling, pump your brake to trip the stage light and continue spooling until time to go. Happy racing!
