i watched it. stock gears/g80 on 37's with a s/c even if its a 6l80e makes me cringe.

We are all about max effort here on this board , so we wanna see smaller pullies , exhaust , cam , tuning ect. Even I got caught up in this thinking while they installed it .

I think the edelbrock kit is Fugly , but I sure it does it's job well. Most people who buy this kit prob won't do any more with it .

Same boost turbo would have more hp.
All things else the same. drive loss spinning a blower.
Sure the blower doesn't take much to drive but it does cost something.

What I'm trying to portray is 5-6 psi blower or turbo is gonna feel the same , and feel crappy to us guys who need 10 or more

If i remember right, they still had the stock 3.42 gears in it with those big ol tires

Yep, that's right. And it struggled to power-brake a burnout too.....
