What size blower pulley are you running and are you still running the stock belt that came with the kit. I have having a hard time following everything with all the threads, they need condensed.

I removed the valley cover bolts because they hit on the blower. Maybe this is the problem

So if u removed them, what did you replace them with? My TVS came with a diff valley cover.

Are you reading your boost loss through your gauge our a tuning software? Does power fall off?

Maybe I'm loosing vacuum threw there. I didn't put no bolts. I just removed them

Looking at the boost gauge. Starting boost is 4.5 and when getting to higher rpm like passing 4000 rpm boost starts to drop to 1 and when it changes to the next gear the boost will go back to 5 psi

So your valley cover is just laying on top with nothing holding it in place?
I seem to recall a valley cover gasket, or maybe some O-rings.
