So here we go..

Long story made real short..
I work in a motorcycle shop that has recently added Procharger to our dealer list.. The reason being is that someone we know (a close customer) wants one of there kits for his recently built 95ci build Harley Night Train.
WELL..
I spoke with a rep from Pro Charger and they told me that because I am a registered dealer with them now that they would cut me a deal on one for my truck if it was "labeled" as a "company vehicle".. I figured f*ck it, sure why not..
So heres the deal.. They will cut me an unheard of (but reasonable) offer on a procharger kit for my truck (I could get the polished kit for free), and all Id have to do is sell a package for a bike first. Which is pretty much sold already.
My '03 rclb has a stock 4.8 with just a vet servo, a K&N filter, and a straight pipe (w/cat) side dump exhaust
in the end Id like to run..
Cam
Posi
New exhaust w/side dump in front of the right rear.
My question is.. What cam should I run? What gears should I run? and whats a decent exhaust (header back) for these trucks?
Like I said in another thread, Im a bike head. Ill split a case and build you a race engine.. But dont ask me to build a truck.
I have helped a friend install a Wynjammer blower on his 4.3 S10 about 6 years ago, and re-programmed the computer in 4 hrs. But thats it..
Im lookin at you guys for some insite to help me get this thing in decent (streetable) running condition. I dirve some long distances here and there so Im not lookin for a real short gear in the rear, and a cam nice enough to bump up what I got.
Im all ears ppl, tell me what you know.

410 gears, a good posi unit eaton or a tru-trac. A nice verter of about 3k or more if you like(YANK,PI,EDGE,CIRCLE D). A procharger likes the stalls. A ls6 cam will work nice, with the procharger, if you want to stay on the cheaper side, def makes power over the stock cam..I would certainly think about adding a full shift kit, or a new trans all together.. As far as exhaust, magnaflow will be everybodys first choice, but areo chambers, borla, dynomax ect is out there, do some searches on sound clips of them, they are around.. I would also ditch the FMU that comes with the kit, along with the programer, get some 44lb injecotrs, along with a custom tuned PCM for one of the sponsors.. That wraps it up in a nut shell... Should have no problem running 9-10 psi all the time with a good solid tune... All them together, you should have a solid 450 crank hp truck..

Thanks for the info man..
I did talk with the rep about a tuner though. He said that because the 03 had 2 different styles of throttle control (cable, and electronic.. Mine is electronic) that there was no tuner that comes with it.. Apparently the kit I need is just a bolt in, and have it tow'd to a tuner shop and toss it up on the dyno and have someone else tune it.
I guess with that being said I mine as well do everything all at once.. (injectors, exhaust, re-mapped) twards the end of the season. Then bump the tranny and the converter up next year after taxes.
