snow meth system

my snow meth system says on the pump .never run more than a 50/50 mixture. does anybody know why only 50/50??

Because the seals or metal parts aren't designed for it.
OR
They don't want the liability of a flammable liquid
in the engine bay???

I have been running straight meth through my snow system for years. No problems so far.
