With the EGT's partialy solved we made a base run on the dyno. Pretty good numbers for 7lbs considering automatic, transfer case and 33" off road tires. We are going to add more timing and adjust the boost upto the 13-15 lb range. Throttle repsonse is much better than the 2.4 Kenne Bell that was on before. My tuner/turbo system builder says we should break 600 at the wheel without meth on 91 octane. He is not a big fan of meth, because of the problems that result from a malfunction of any kind.

As long as your tuner tunes the car to drop timing at high temp IAT's a failed meth kit is a non issue. The newer Meth kits are lasting a lot longer. I would think about changing the pump every two years depending on how often you use the meth. I have had no issues with my meth kit and I have been using it for two years.

Since this is on a Dodge, the tuning options might be quite limited. I know a year or so ago tuning a dodge was a dismal prospect...
Hopefully, someone a Dodge has wised up and opened up the ecms a bit (or someone has made a suitable aftermarket ecm solution).
Like Vince said, though, definitely run meth. I bought a meth kit in 2004 and runs strong. It has a lot of nice features -- like in the cab indicator lights and an low/empty tank indicator.

Okay, I wil look into the meth a little more. My computer does not have a feature to retard timing in relation to a higher IAT temp. It will however add or subtract fuel in relation to IAT temps. Back to the meth, lets say I can run 15lbs with 91 octane. How many additional lbs should the meth allow me to run? Also which kit would be the best for a twin turbo truck? Thanks

I really like the Alky Control kits. Julio Dom is the owner of the company and I can't say enough good things about him.
It depends on how much meth you spray, but look at it this way: meth chemically intercools your air charge, and adds extra fuel at the same time. I'd tell Julio what you've got and what you want to run in terms of boost and let him spec out the kit for you.
I run dual m15 nozzles with my kit and have one of his "super pumps".
