Don't worry, it only took a year of me bugging them to get a C.A.R.B. certification sticker for my new supercharger...

Even though Its legal and on the list, it won't pass the visual inspection with out the decal...

 

I am completely unimpressed with their customer service. I've left messages and emails and they don't bother to get back to a person.

 

They just went through some reorganization recently... I think they are understaffed pretty bad.

 

Sad because they've had such a great reputation for so many years. It doesn't take much to ruin a company with online reviews being so available these days. Got to do it right all the time. They better get their act together fast.

 

hmm... mine had a sticker in the box when they shipped it, and i've been meaning to get my lower ported for years. i also want to get a phenolic spacer.
