Default show me how you routed your lines for a catch can on my TVS system

hey guys, so i'm gettin some puffs of smoke when i first give it some throttle and was told it may not be evacuating all the oil. I'm thinking i have my hoses messed up for my catch can setup. Who else is running catch cans on their 2300? can you give me drawings or pictures on how you ran yours and if it works well

I'm running a 1900, from passenger side valve cover i went to catch can then to intake tube. Driver side I put a filter on the valve cover.

I have mine ran from the driver's rocker cover to catch can and the from catch can to vacuum port on maggie. I've seen people put one also between throttle body tube and passenger rocker cover and run two. If you have oil in tube you may need two then.

so if you guys ran a breather on the drivers side cover, did you just plug one of the ports on the side of the blower? i dont have a vacuum port for my brakes like most of you do.

does anyone else have any input or pictures for me? i would like to know what you guys did on the drivers side on the PCV at the back of the valve cover....

If I had it to do over again I'd run a catch can on both sides. I had one on the driver's side valve cover between the PCV valve and the vacuum side of the blower. I did not have one between the passenger side and the intake tube, and it turns out that I was sucking a ton of oil in through that side. I got a little bit in the catch can on the other side but not a lot. I was losing about a quart every 2000 miles or so through the passenger valve cover and into the intake tube.


Anyway, go from driver's side rear valve cover PCV valve to catch can to vacuum fitting on blower. Also go from passenger valve cover to catch can to intake tube.
