Just an note: The SLP supercharger TVS unit is identical to the Roush other than the etched logo on the top.

SLP didnt have any other pullies for their unit. Called magna charger and they stated they had the right pullies for it. Ordered ones, showed up and it was wrong (4 bolt).

i found an off the shelf tool for doing this in the lathe for those who may be interested. its got the geometry and pitch factored into the insert. its iscar's gpv line up. inserts are mid 20's to 40 a piece but i dont think i have a holder for them so thats more $$. i asked our walter rep today if he had anything and we were thinking of ways to do it in a machining center with a thread mill but its got 40 degree angle instead of the 60 or 55 of thread mill. ill continue my search

did u run at SIR? Are those times corrected? Sounds like perrty good times for your mods.
