Default Reading boost on NNBS?

What are you guys doing to read boost on your NNBS trucks?

With my aeroforce gauge I can read from the stock MAP but it only appears to read to +0.7 PSI. Just curious what others are doing.

Thank you

get a real boost gauge and hook it up to a vacuum port...or to do it electronically you would need an electronic sender and plumb it through an unused port in the PCM or something...or an AUX input on hptuners or efilive.

You stock MAP senosor is only good to 1bar or atmospheric pressure. You easiest solution is going to be to get a sending unit or 0-5V MAP sensor and use and aux port on your scan guage. http://www.aeroforcetech.com/product...ors_boost.html However, you will not be able to read this with scanning software (HPT, EFILive, ect) unless you have an enhanced version if it what allows a 0-5V aux input.

The cobalt map will only work if the pcm is running an OS that knows what to do with it, i.e. 2bar SD OS. I don't know of any custom MAF OS that uses a 2bar MAP table.
