I just installed mine, no more belt squeek at trans shiftpoints. I can feel now that I was getting slip even though I couldn't hear it. rock solid unit.

What all is needed to run this tensioner on a non-Radix truck? I am guessing the bracket from the inlet forward kit?

Why would you want a tension like this on a non-radix truck?

Check my sig. I have the same issues as you Maggie boys with belt slip and what not. Kenne Bell's bracket keeps the tensioner in the stock location unlike the radix bracket. When I swapped to a 3.5" pulley recently, I noticed my tensioner was sticking and not as strong as it was 140K miles ago. If I am to replace it, I would much rather upgrade if I could. I will be doing an 8-rib swap sometime in the future so this tensioner would get me one step closer.

I can have them polished local but the guy I use is expensive. You may want to look for a polisher near you.

Can you take a picture of your tensioner setup. The Inlet Forward Brackets, Tensioner and Upgrade is not a cheap solution. Give me a call on Monday, I am leaving out of town in a few hours.
