The Breeze is right. The smaller pulley is going to generate more heat. I would start with the pulley that comes with the kit. See how many lbs of boost the radix generates and go from there. See if you can log the IAT's. If they are in control and the pcm is not pulling a ton of timing from high IAT's, take a step down in pulley size.

Im running a 3.1 on a lq4 with mid length headers and true 2.5" duals. Im shooting for 6-7 psi. Im going to run more timing with less boost and see how much power I make and go from there. I dont want to get a small pulley that generates so much heat that I only get one good run out of the truck before the radix and engine become totally heat soaked and the truck runs like crap.

If you have the 7x24 heat exchanger, you are probably not going to cut your IAT's significantly by upgrading the heat exchanger. Chemical intercooling is probably going to be your best option if you want to run more boost and keep the IAT's down.

I called them today. They are selling them for $49.99.
It's right on the front of his home page under the black GTO.
He will not be selling them anymore after his stock is gone.

I'm running the 2.8 on my 5.3 engine. My guage shows a max of 13.8 pds boost at 6000 rpm. I have a meth kit and my iat's are usually about 130.... on the average, 145 at the most. I've run straight meth and now 50/50 and haven't noticed much if any difference in iat's.
