Looking at pulleys and see there are aluminum ones out there. Just wondering if there are any issues between them.

Billet aluminum has a lighter rotating mass. It also does noot corrode and rust like some of the steel pulleys do. I have to repaint my Lingenfleter pulley every year. The Nelson billet pulley I used to have always looked great and it had a jam nut to help withj install/removal.

According to Magnuson and other experienced folk a 10th in pulley size equals a 1 pound of boost and 15-20 HP.
But other than that the original tune is a (2005) Superchips hand held generic tune configured to be easy on a stock transmission.
Now that the blower and truck are out of warranty and I have a new built up transmission there are gains to be had left on the table.
A Dyno tune over the handheld and the pulley should bring out a nice little gain. I hope.
I'll post it up, the tune is tonight.
