Just so happens I have some 4" aluminum stock under my lathe.
No change in belt size, although my tensioner pulley is smaller so it took some of that extra travel out.

not a whole lot of clearance, that is one of the things I need to test before I tell people how to do it. The right side pulley has the least in relation to the water pump pulley, something like 3/16-1/4" clearance.

Very Very nice. That extra belt wrap looks so sweet too.
What size are you going to pulley down to with the free flowing heads, and exhaust?
Planning on keeping the same boost I assume.

thanks

no plans to pulley-down right away after the heads, I'm not terribly concerned about boost.

just got home from my first nice long test drive, conducted a couple of stellar overtaking manuevers, ............so far so good.

Obviously, the acid test is the WOT, OFF Throttle, WOT, Off Throttle, condition where belt resonance is at its worst and the belt tensioner is begging for mercy

With no lip on the pulley before the supercharger you'll be a lot less sensitive to the misalignment that made me toss my belt under those same conditions.

I'm pretty interested in getting a pulley like yours to put on the idler after the supercharger. It should allow a little extra wrap and I'd hate to toss my other one after having to get it machined to work perfectly
