Default Radix - belt/pulley squeak

First of all, I had my kit installed, so pardon my ignorance.

I've had this squeak that has been getting progressively worse since the kit was installed, about 2000 miles ago. I had done some looking in the past, and it appeared that one of the pulleys wasn't aligning properly, but even going back over the install instructions, thought it all "looked" right. Well, it's been getting worse, so I dug back in. Here are a couple pics of what I found. Surely this cannot be how the bracket is supposed to be.

Sorry about the quality of pics. Could this be the cause of my squeaks (and why the belt hangs off the back of the pulley 1/8")? The bearing couldn't possibly be flush against the mount with the "lip" that is there.

NM, Fixed it. That was indeed the problem. Looks like when the pulley was installed that the bearing wasn't seated on the mount, and when it was tightened it took the top off and under. Filed it off and it seems to be ok.

I'm quite sure that was what was behind my previous belt rubbing issues.
