part #12580698 acdelco #213-1631 is the barometer sensor on the ion/cobalt. These are 2 bar that are plug and play at least for the fbody which is the sasme i sure. The map sensor on these is different so be careful ordering.

OK, I know I said I would report back on this in a week, but I got a little busy and just got around to it. I just installed GM PN 12580698 2 bar map I got from GMPartsdirect.com and rescaled the MAP with EFILive and it works great! It was a complete plug and play without any modification to the sensor and it seem to be reading boost just fine.

PN 12580698 was plug and play for me as well.
