I dont plan on running that much boost, just trying to figure a couple things out.
Only plan to go another 1-2lb, for now anyway. Well actually next spring, trucks pretty much away for year now. Time to tear some stuff apart and start working on my Phenolic spacer.

My 3.4 pulley calculates out to 10.16psi. I actually see about 9 psi in the real world. Could be cam timing or the LT headers, or it could be a restriction on the intake side.

When I calculate mine it says my boost should be about a 1lb more then what I make too.

Funny thing is - when I stroked mine from 364 out to a 402 I also installed the OD crank pulley and ended up with the same level of boost as before.

^^^ Thats not funny that is because you have made more area that that the boost has to fill^^^^

I do think that the OD pulley will make the boost comes in sooner..

Funny in that the OD pulley offset the increased displacement almost exactly. Without any planning on my part.

I checked out the PB OD pulley - It is 7.5 in - what is the size of the stock crank pulley - thought it was 7.5?
