The best bet would be to install larger injectors , and have the injection pump adjusted by a diesel mechanic. The older GM diesels do not realy like boost. The headgaskets wont stay in the game . But if you do boost it the more black smoke the better!!! It will keep the exhaust temp down and maybe keep the headgaskets alive. If you only add the turbos and do nothing to the fuel system at least add a pyrometer, I would keep it under 1100 deg F. I believe Banks would have the injectors you need.
