For what you are wanting/needing, get the Radix. The Procharger is better suited for high rpm, loose converter, more extreme HP applications. For towing, good low end power,complete kit, the Radix wins hands down. It will more than feed enough air to a 4.8 liter.

Radix it is then, what about the extra grand for the intercooler? is it worth it? i'm thinking on just doing exhaust, intake, MAF sensor, 160 stat, deep pan, super servo kit, and synthetics throughout. will the difference in having it be worth it?

absolutely get the intercooler, i wouldnt have any sort of boost without it.

Save your money on the MAF (Aftermarket will not work with a blower set up).

I would not supercharge anything without an intercooler.
