Also, as sureshot pointed out....I have the equipment available for anyone to take a D1sc to the limits and beyond. At 7000 rpm I was spinning my D1sc 65912 rpm (106+%) on my 10.46 pass at 4550 lbs.
Damn!!! As it stripped out all the gears and the impeller turned into shrapnel....lol JK.

thanks for all the info.!

sounds like I should grab a smaller pulley and see how it does at the track

Does anyone have a 3.7" pulley for sale?

I agree if I was you I would run a 3.7 Reichard Racing Pulley. I'm currently running a 3.5 on my P1sc with lil belt slip not much. If I plan on a D-1 I probably back up to a 3.7 Reichard Racing Pulley and spin the **** out of it...

Run a restictor plate, many people have ran them on prochargers with great sucess. Talk to slowhawk I know he has done a few of them.

why not run an over drive crank pulley like an ATI which exceeds SFI standards and then run the 3.7" blower pulley. It will let you run higher shift points if your top end can support it with faster spooling and slightly more boost. but you do need to get that on a dyno to see where your HP and TQ are peaking at.

well the smaller pulley [3.7"] and lower shift points[keeping it at 12.5 #'s] worked great

my 12.4 in my sig. was in upper 30 degree weather

on Friday nite @ the same track in upper 70 degree weather I ran 12.6 @ 105

I have a few things to change in my tune that should have it do a little better.Truck pulls great with the new pulley.

I'll have to see this fall how this set-up runs in the colder weather!

Thats awesome. What where your shift points then and now to keep the same boost level with the 3.7?
