Question ProCharger Belt Slip

I got a belt slip. 6L making 11 psi with a 3.5-6 rib pulley. I have seen some guys cut gruves cross ways on the compressor pulley, Works?
Any ideas? I don't want to go back to 8 psi.

I'm assuming with that psi and a 6L, you have the p1, right?

You can do like I did, reconfigure the pulleys to get more belt wrap.. Seems to have fixed my problem..

Prochargers seem to start slipping with 6rib at about a 3.6" pulley and smaller the pulleys with the groves help a little but if you want no slip and smaller then a 3.6" pulley you might want to consider 8rib.

ATI and Innovators West offer 8rib kits they come with a Crank pulley 8" instead of 7.5"stock, Alt pulley, tensioner pulley, and power steering pulley. With the larger crank pulley it spins the belt +-10% faster so you can run larger blower pulleys (less likey to slip) or spin your blower +-10% faster.
