Problems with Diablo Predator Tune from Procharger
#1
First of all I own a 05' F-150 With 6" lift on 35" MT's With a P1 Procharger 3 Core
I have had some serious problems with my diablo predator hand held tuner that came from procharger. Has anyone else had problems with the procharger tune from predator. The code is P2106 which is a throttle accuation code. This sends the truck in to reduce engine power mode or limp mode. Also, when driven modestly it shifts in to overdrive at like 28 to 30 mph, which is like 600 rpm. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a better tune for ford trucks out there? Please help this is driving me crazy...

Sounds like they might've improperly applied a tune to your CAL ID.
My suggestion for a first step is to plug the Predator into your truck, run through the menu and find the CAL ID for your truck (It should be under Options -> Troubleshooting -> Show CAL ID ) and will be something like 'TDFG5Q2' (that's for an '08 V10 SD, but yours should be 7 letters / numbers too).
Get it, write it down, and call Procharger to make damn sure that they suport that family (first 5 letters / numbers of the CAL ID is the family in Ford-speak) and specific CAL ID. They might need to update their templates - sounds like something got missed or over-written into the wrong area.
I've spent a lot of hours getting the Magnuson / Powerworks kits to run good on those trucks - it's not much fun. 2106 is likely an improperly scaled load table - it'll freak out if it's drawing in more MAF at a given TPS than Ford tells it it should. Throws the wrench light?

If you want more control dump the stinkin predator and look at this option which has just become available for the Fords and will work with the GTO too.
