Man, I would love to read more about your setup. Mine is pretty simple.
Whipple with a 4 1/8 pulley (making 7 pounds), GT2-3, full exhaust, 4.8 making 380 on a good cold day.
How high are you pulling it? Are you using meth or dis u set up an intercooler?

At 432 I was about 9.5psi but this was also on a dyno pack. The wheels are off when dynoig. You add the wheels would probably kill bout 25rwhp give or take and that puts me at 405-410.You pulley down add 2.5psi to your setup and you are right with me.
I was running out of fuel up top on the dyno but don't know how bad it hurt the numbers.I believe you can go down to a 3.5 pulley on your singlebelt setup.that would put you bout 15 to 16 psi.Would need a lot of meth or intercooler at that point to run pump gas.You could squeeze out 10psi on pump gas if you wanted with 3 7/8 pulley. The potential is there with whipples just got to do alittle injuneering.Lol

I am thinking about Meth. I bought the kit used and have 3 other pulleys. (Including a Steel, cutom made one that is right at 3", never see me using that one)
Regarding the meth, should it spray before or after the blower?
Mine was running out of fuel so we added a KB Boost A Pump to the stock pump. That fixed the problems. It is like $ 240 bucks, but worth it.
