Problem with new fuel system

I would start out by not going through the Bosch when it isnt running. If that doesnt correct your problem, I would take the regulator apart. I have used the braided line, and a little piece of rubber came off, and got stuck in a needle/seat of a carb. The same thing might have happened to you, and if there were a small piece of rubber between the regulator valve it could cause your problem. Just a thought.

I thought about that, but with the extra check valves, there is always the added problem of diagnosing them if something else happens with the pressure in the future.

He ran both constant today and it worked fine. When we get the trans back from FLT I will remove the Bosch and build a temporary bypass hose. This should eliminate the possibility of pushing thru the Bosch causing this. Thanks guys, will report back when we get it back on the road.
