Yours I consider streetable. Parish would be right above you in the list (10.03 vs. 10.38??)

my turbo lightning is a long sad story
it started with
ported eaton 18lbs 424rwhp
kb 2.3 <---JUNK
whipple 16.5lbs 675rwhp
whipple 16.5lbs w/50 shot 721rwhp
76mm turbo 719rwhp
all pump gas... i no longer have the lightning it burned in a shop fire about 2 years ago
it started with

Oh fk. That big lost. Im very so sorry about that. I would be crazy! Did your insurnace pay cover? How fire in shop Any reason why cause? Your lightning look badass! Its stock motor just turbo peak to 714?
