Default possible boost

whats up everyone, had a few quick questions and figure id get some feedback from some experienced members here...ive been wanting to do an all motor higher compression 4.8 build for a while but last night my buddy offered me a fresh 68mm turbo for 150 bucks and it really got me thinking theres no shaft play whatsoever and was only used fora few startups before they went with a 76mm. my question is would this be big enough for my motor or too small? and also how cheap could i fab up a remote mount turbo kit/run all the intercooler piping? also i do have a 228r on a tight lsa so would i have to change it or could i get away with it?

thanks in advance

tj

in all honesty power goals n/a were planning on hitting 400rwhp after heads, intake mani, yella terra 1.8s, ud's and a full live dyno tune from FMS. now if i take boost into consideration i honestly cant say. i just dont want to have to change my whole gearing/converter setup etc but this kindve just fell into my lap un expected, i dont know wether itd be ideal for me or just a waste of time and effort. from what ive been told its a t4 flange, 68mm (havnt gotten size of the hot side yet either) im waiting on pictures and a little more info on it.

3500stall and a 68mm would be quite interesting.. Get all the numbers and sizes off it and let us know.
68mm rear mount with a 64 or 65mm turbine would be ok.
