Default which plug to use?

Ive been reading around. I currently have tr6's gapped at 30. Looking to move to a colder plug "Tr7". Currently run 12+ lbs. Am I wanting a BP7EF or is there a better plug? What gap should I run aswell?

Are you having problems with the TR6's? That's all I've ever ran all the way out to 17psi.

I'm having an issue at wot it's either missing or blowing out the spark or something. It doesn't show that it's misfiring or knocking when it's scanned but you can definitely feel a loss in power and it sounds like it's running out of fuel afr's show lean as well. Ive checked fp the tune hasnt changed. Its weird It seemed to get better when I re-gaped all the plugs. some where 35 some were 40. Ive since gone back and gaped everything to 32.
