Default Painting a magnuson

I would like to color match my maggie to my truck but have a few questions first.
What is the best way to start? Sand and scuff it or completely strip powdercoating? What paint will do well, rattle cans or automotive paint? Will it cause any issues like heat?

Thanks,
Tim

I did it (or had it done) to mine, its a PITA in my opinion. Just remember, if you do it you can kiss your blower warranty good bye.

No warranty...I got mine from moregrip... just want mine the same as yours with polished ribs. Was wondering if it could be DYI, but I have decided why when I can get a trained professional.
