GET THE D1SC your cam will maybe get you 10psi on a P1SC maxed out and it will take a 8rib to max it please trust me spend the extra money on a D1SC. Again I built a 2003 SS with a 8rib and P1Sc and the blower is maxed out at 9psi again maxed out 62,000impeller rpms. It is a 6.0lq9 so 10:1 CR with a 23x-23x .595 .595 112lsa with 1 3/4" long tube header and dual 3" exhaust. This is at our 4500ft el so sea level will get you 11psi maybe and i say maybe 12psi with a maxed out blower on your truck.

I also had a P1 on my 408 with ported L92 heads and a 232/239 .595 .603 112ls and only made 8psi maxed out.

The D1SC will do everything you need with room to grow. The P1 with be taxed and create more heat maxed but will preform. If 10-12psi is ever the most you will push by all means the P1SC will do the job and do it well but we alway want more. Good luck you will be happy with either.

Call BOB @exoticperformanceplus.com. I was in the same situation, after talking to him at great length I ended up with a F1A . He is a great guy and really knows his stuff. I am running a 383 with AFR heads, and I have a 4.75 12 rib setup right now so we shall see how much boost the 4.75 makes.

My mistake thought John was running 3.6" but he has a 3.4" so i would say somewhere in that area restriction plays a big part with boost so it will vary with application.Smallest pulley for procharger Ive seen is 3".

John I read procharger and epp dont recommend lower that 3.25" cause of the slip.

It sucks that boost will vary from application to application due to restriction. Only thing we can do is guess at pulley size by looking at different set ups and see where they are but until you try it you wont know for sure what your boost is. Only thing is just watch impeller speeds here is a calculator I use. http://www.forcefedperformance.com/T...lowerSpeed.asp

Mines a 5.3L, but I'm running a 6 rib setup with a 3.8 pulley on a P1 and an innovators west over drive balancer. I'm seeing 14psi @ 5900 rpm
