oil temp for turbo guys
#22
its about time someone thought of checking his oil temp, did you try to verify your oil temps using the sensor, with the readings you get from HPTuners? Im asking because HPTuners gives an oil temp reading.
I ordered a big a** radiator with built in engine oil cooler and a transmission cooler from Ron Davis, its 3 times thicker than the stock unit, and also has a shroud with dual high speed fans.
Reason im doing this is because I have a feeling my oil temps are skyrocketing with this much power and the usual very hot weather here, "estimated" temps also read high on HPTuners, assuming they really are estimated.

Yea, I wasn't sure how much pressure drop I would have after the cooler so I wanted to make sure the turbo always had pressure. And that top fitting is metric so I would have to order an adapter thing.
