Default Noob with some questions LQ4 turbo exhaust headers? manifolds? boost psi?

I just bought a truck (04 RCSB LQ4 Swap) that come with a rear mount 76mm turbo that is a rear mount its a home grown version of a STS system was installed and truck ran really good 11.9x @ 112mph right now its N/A but will be re-installed spring time

so my questions are?

how much boost can a stock LQ4 handle and still be safe for a DD?

its has the stock exhaust manifolds, ORY and magnaflow round muffler on it I wanted to know would headers be better? or are the stock manifolds better for turbo's?

I hate the exhaust on it right now its was to loud and the drone is insane but worried about changing and swapping if its not going to be best for when the turbo gets bolted back on

thanks

The stock manifolds are better for turbos.
Headers loose to much heat.

you could keep duals but it wouldn't be true duals unless you have twin turbos
