Default Non intercooled E85 Procharger?

Hey guys, I may be selling my mud truck to a buddy because I am wanting to build a faster one. I have been wanting to give Procharger a shot but im not sure what to do about an intercooler.

There really is no place on a mudtruck to mount one and keep it clean. Would E85 be cool enough to run 12-14# on an stock LQ4 with open 1 7/8" open headers without having to pull tons of timing?

It would work just fine, and will make the same power as if it was intercooled on pump fuel.

Didn't sell the truck, just the axles. 2.5 ton Rockwell axles going back in. This time 4 linked!

Gonna keep the 5.3. Is the answer the same for more boost? Maybe somewhere in the 16-20# range? Already have rod bolts and will certainly do head studs.

Im not looking for any certain power level, just ready for it to feel Damn stout. Would a D1 make that much boost on a 5.3 with open exhaust? Currently running ls6 cam but willing to have Pat G spec one if needed.

Id prefer not to have to worry about anything other than fuel. Given the choice btwn a2w ic or meth, id choose meth though.

I love a turbo on a street vehicle, but could care less for them in a mud truck.

A buddy has an a2w ic twin turbo carbed 383 dyno tuned. Doesn't do what im looking for.

injecting alcohol or methanol into an E85 motor does nothing, E85 doesnt care about intake temps are these levels, ive seen 300* intake temps on E85 and no problems,

Thats the impression I have had so far.

I assume an 8 or 10 rib belt drive would be needed to reach 15# and beyond?

I wouldn't need and tubing or anything, just the head unit with brackets and pulleys. Best route would be to find a low mile D1 and buy an LS truck bracket from Procharger and pulley setup from Supercharger Connection?

Thanks guys.
