Twin screw compressor. More info on the blower design on their web site but here is a general link to the GM truck applications.

Nice looking installation. Did you take any pictures of the lower tub and intercooler before installation? It looks like it may have a fairly large intercooler stuffed in there. Also, what size heat exchanger and coolant pump does Whipple include with that kit?

i had a whipple on my last truck (98 454 vortec), have been awaiting results of someone to do this, i have a 2010 GMC with the NHT package. entertaining the thoughts of A/A. would love to break the mold and get another whipple. have you had time to compare any 0-60 times and such? my last un-aftercooled setup was a nearly 1.5 seconds 0-60 slice.
Do you mind telling me costs? you can pm me. i know how much the maggies are running, but would love to compare.

I'll have to look into the pump and exchanger as I am unsure right now. It will be a while before I see the truck again though so I'll update the thread when I have the information.

Cost from one of Whipples main dealers off their website is about 5900. I believe the retail is somewhere in the 6300 range. Dealer cost is possibly in the mid-5's I believe. (All for the black finish 2.3L truck kit)
