Is hptuners supporting this drivetrain, for a while they were having problems since only vans came witht hose transmissions.
hptuners for the engine, optishift controller for the trans.

Its better to work the other way around...

Build up the weak links first.
If you put the turbo on and it gernades the diff and takes out the trans at the same time, then your up a creek

Best bet would be to add a Diff, Built Trans/stall, and then Cam/Turbo. Then dont look at your wallet for awhile, it might be empty...

Turning up the boost wont effect drivability at all under normal driving conditions. Look at NRE's twin turbo big block cars... they can cruise around at 2k and not even be in boost.

Agreed. It will just be a matter of time before you rip a gear out of your stock transmission hot rodding around. Believe me it sucks having the turbo installed and not even being able to really test it out. My self control has really been put to the test waiting on flt to finish up my level 6.

great read just to prepare yourself. turbo kit, intercooler, timing chain, oil pump, injectors, fuel pump, exhaust parts, fuel press. guage, a/f guage, boost guage, boost controller, lots of tuning, and a lot of misc. i thought i was going to get it done for $4000 that didn't go so well.
