I have been thinking about this idea in my head for a while now and want to see what you think. Parts I have handy is a turbosmart dual boost controller,two stage rpm window switch, and dry nitrous kit.

I will be attending a private track rental in December and want my truck to run at its best. Right now the lowest boost I can make is 10 psi and highest is 18 with boost controller.

My thought is being able to use the window switch to activate high boost for after the 60ft and then activate a 50-75 shot of nitrous in second gear. If truck hooks I could also reverse the procedure or activate earlier as needed.

Will the nitrous increase boost? If so approximately how much?

 

Boost will not go much if any with that small shot.
