Do you have any dyno tests using this manifold and any pictures of these in a GMT800 engine bay? I'm curious how the wastegates are plumbed into the downpipe, and if there is any benefit to this manifold over an open T4 or T6 manifold.

As for the wastegates. The top gate could go directly into the downpipe. The front gate could be run under or to the passenger side of the compressor. However, care needs to be taken to avoid the oil lines.
The biggest benefit of our turbo manifold is the divided log with each bank having its own gate. This takes stress off the driver's side cylinders. They aren't being held up by the passenger side cylinders before hitting the gate. The result is a better balance across the cylinders and less stress. Another benefit is better spool. We used the T4 flange because it's compact but we have a variety of turbo flange adapters available.
We are working on a video of one of these manifolds mocked up on a test engine. We don't have that available yet but will get it posted here soon. However, you can check out some mockup pictures we did on a test engine in this thread on LS1Tech. There are also some pictures from a member with mockup pics in a G-body.
Hope this helps answer your questions. Let us know if we can be of any further assistance. We'll be happy to help!
