hello guys , I have recently started to build a new turbo setup for my 07 nnbs sigle cab.i iam going from a stock 5.3 with a on3 78mm on turbo log ,with arp head bolts ,little jon stage 1 turbo cam,80# injectors ,built 4l80 with an edge 3400 stall and 4.10s out back.full 4'' exhaust from turbo back

my new setup will be a forged 370 with -12 dish pistons callies rods ,same cam , same 243s. turbo will be a pt8mm .all else will be the same

my ? is would I benefit any in swapping to 3.42s out back since iam will have more cubes and a bigger turbo?

what kind of numbers do you think it might put down on 10#?

 

 

4.10 will run quicker track times.
3.42 will make better gas mileage in the hwy.

 

iam guessing with the 4.10s my street tires will be useless!

 

Less wheel and tire weight will help with speed too, those look really heavy.

Any power or Quarter mile numbers from your original/Current set up? If That thing was 4wd those rubber bands would still work
