You have to pour the water in and put the cap on really quick..
JK.. See the reservoir in the above pic? its in the best spot, in the loop of the coolant hose

haha do it..
i had to get some 1.25" hose and clamp it on the Inlet/Outlet really good. couldnt find anything to fit just right.. Actual size is 1.125"
But its reduced down to 0.75" and the pump is cavitating (sp?). The water is swirling in the resivior and pulling air down to the pump. so i gotta do something soon.

Did you see any final air temp differences yet?
I was goin to get you to build me something, just dont wanna spend the money just yet. BUT if you wanna send me something ill sure try it
For real, i need one of them Ice box things. Either where the factory battery is, or on the Passenger side where the Aux battery goes.

With air in the system the IATs arent too great. but they do fall faster than they rise after along pull on 8# boost.
On the interstate i would do a 60-100 pull and they would fall back down by the time i got back to 60 just coasting.

I have been thinking about doing something similar for a larger HE on my setup. I am planning to take a tape measure with me to the local Pick-n-Pull and see what I can find as mine has to fit up front. Nice 'engineering' though.

haha nonnie is swamped with work! man he has been gone so much i don't hardly talk to him! We got a turbo install to do on my truck but his job wont leave him in town for more than 2 days!

as far as being loud just find a truck with a clutch fan and open the hood and it sounds the same. or even ele. fans on high! not too bad
