Default Needing some advice! Losing boost at higher rpms....

Hey just looking for some good ideas/advice on what to check, im peaking 10 psi which is what i want to run for boost but the higher i get in the rpm range the more it drops, it gets down to 7psi at times. Any ideas would be great, thanks in advance guys!!

That smoke stuff seems pretty cool I remember having to tape up the exhaust pipes & pulling the filter & installing a plug & pressurize the whole system with air to find boost leaks. Shhh be quiet I think I hear something kinda stuff lol

Sounds like the springs. I see you have a pat G cam, what are the specs? Ls6 springs are only good to around .550 lift

Yea I would think that is your problem. There is guys that get valve float on the ls6 springs using the z06 cam which is smaller. I was runnin .660's with a .580 lift. With boost you gotta have more then enough spring!
