I'm fairly certain that I have fueling and tuning taken care of. Will be calling Monday sometime to discuss further.

What time are you guys open?

Shop hours 9-5:30.
Or after hours if I'm not welding.

I don't think the alternator needs to be moved.
It looks in front of cylinder head. Turbo will be hanging off the side.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I sold my '12 turbo ext truck with ricks kit on it ran like a champ! Zero complaints. I have no reservations with Trick doing the work.

Now if I am able to do this I know it'll benefit several and I know I'd love it.

Tuner is double checking a few things for me. I spoke with Rick and discussed things with him. It's something I would love to do. I just want to have my tuning and fuel sorted out before starting the whole process.

When I know more I will be getting with rick and updating here.

I really hope this all works out!

Awesome to hear some forward progress on this. I've seen other GMs w DI and boost w stock fuel systems. How hard do you want to push the truck right off the bat? Has your tuner worked w DI previously? Has he done a NA tune first just to get comfortable w the trucks operating system first?

I'm guessing the kit Rick makes for your 5.3 would work for the 6.2???? What turbo are you guys thinking for this?

Is your truck 4x4 ? Ec or cc?

I'm looking to go slow. No need in swapping motors before I get plates on it . However I'd like to have it around 11psi like my previous truck was.

And yes, my tuner has messed with DI. I'm just wanting to mKe sure 100% that I don't need a map sensor or that the fuel pump will handle more than the & psi we have been seeing. I'd like to have room to grow. Im just really all about having everything covered from every angle before just jumping in on my new 39K dollar daily lol

Rick mentioned going with either a 76 or 74/75 but I'm sure there will be a time to decide all that. I had a 76 on my last truck and with the cubes being the same I assume that the same turbos will work.

My truck is a loaded Texas edition double cab 2 wheel drive. Bronze metallic

As far as swaping between the 5.3 and 6.2 I haven't the slightest idea. I would assume that since the last generation did, this one would as well.
