need some ideas... dont want to change the engine or trans and this is my faily driver... so lets be a little tame but a little more than i have right now...
2004 5.3L w/ 3.4" radix with airaid cai (SC by Brian@JPA)
4.10 gears w/auburn posi - 24" wheels
toy shop transmission HD kit w/corvette servos
magnaflow catback system (single)
Zippy HP tune
looking to add a little more HP... any mild recommendations?
i was thinking a 3.2" pulley and maybe meth...?
but i really dont want to blow up my trans... this is my daily driver...
thanks in advance. also links of where to purchase would be awesome.

Dave, thought it out for a little bit and this is what I came up with...
Most important thing I would do is get your engine to breath better. Start off with a set of free flowing heads, then get yourself a good supercharger cam and finish it off with a set of headers with an electric cutout(minimal effect on dyno power, can't beat the sound though). Pulley down to at least 3.2 pulley and get a meth kit for insurance. And add a torque converter for the seat of the pants dyno effect.
I'd recommend WCCH for their heads and camshaft (Comp cams), and pacesetters longtubes. Not much I can tell you on cam specs cuz I know jack yet.

I should add that with a free'er breathing engine as indicated above your psi would actually drop if you kept your 3.4 pulley, which is why I'd recommend more than a 3.2 pulley.
Psi is a measure of resistance not flow. Opening up an engine's breathing will create better flow, less resistance and cooler charge temperatures. The cooler the charge the denser the charge will be and the more fuel you can add. I don't know much about pulley's but I'd find something that would give you around 9psi, and add methanol/H20 for insurance.

Nice set of Heads and a nice GT2-3 cam with a 90mm TB and some tuning will get you in the 500+ RWHP range. We would be more than happy to do that work for you.
Dave give me a call, we need to chat about your choices.
