Default Need some advice

I'm wanting to go FI very soon. I'll be doing a procharger setup with around 7-8lbs of boost (with proper monitoring of course, fuel pressure, wideband, etc)

My truck is a FF truck with the usual FF pump and injectors. Will this be enough to support the addition of a procharger?

Keep in mind that this isn't a 5.3 anymore. It's a .040 6.0l with a 218/224 cam.

Thanks
