Talking need advice

My 2000 ford lightning is almost at 100k and what measures should i take at this moment to prevent future breakdowns with the motor, i had my truck for a six weeks and all i had done is a tune up, oil change and install a new air filter. I heard blown motors are very delicate specially in winter, if so how delicate? Any adivice will be appreciated guys!

Ummmm....200 hp dry shot of juice. Then you can buy a fresh motor from VT Engineering...that'll solve that 100k miles problem...

Seriously, if it's not consuming oil and the compression checks out then don't worry about it. Motor's good well past 100k.
